Job Description

We are currently looking for a bilingual Office Manager to join our team in Vienna.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our office feels like home
  • Serve as the ‘go-to’ person for our team, handling ongoing general administrative work, as well as new tasks as needed in support of the company
  • Arrange and book Business Trips and Team Events
  • Point of contact to local suppliers, service providers, and authorities
  • Provide administrative support for managers
  • Provide assistance to CEO (e.g. travel arrangements, coordination of appointments)
  • Provide administrative assistance to our offices in Brisbane and Toronto
  • Support the People team with administrative HR tasks
  • Maintain fully stocked kitchen, office supplies, and coordinate package deliveries and office mail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Experience in handling a broad range of administrative tasks
