    Responsible for the operation of the hop-on hop-off network, which covered 46 cities in 14 countries across Europe, as well as tours in Spain, Portugal and Morocco and festival tours which attracted more than 4000 people each summer – under my supervision, Busabout won the award for Best Independent Tour from Tour Radar and Best Festival Operator Golden Backpack award from TNT Magazine. Monitored operational costs, introduced savings and cost reductions, negotiated new prices and fees while maintain the quality of the product. Acted as the first point of contact for more than 100 accommodation and excursion partners across Europe; I was responsible for contracting, negotiating rates, monitoring feedback and delivery, plus building and maintain strong relationships with all partners. Responsible for hiring, training and providing 24/7 support to road crew, as well as managing crew appraisals, performance reviews/briefs, business accounts, systems and procedures and KPI’s. Coordinated and ran a 7-week intensive training trip throughout Europe for 40 new guides each summer, which involved organising accommodation, food, excursions and transport for all trainee guides, drivers and staff. Assisted the Marketing Team in the delivery of our annual brochure, including fact-checking and content creation. Managed and accounted for all crew wages and expenses, as well as ensuring all 3rd party suppliers invoices were correct, authorized and processed accordingly.
